So I broke one of my New Year's Resolutions over the weekend. Okay, I broke two. But, in my defense I was sick! I didn't go to the gym three times last week. I also had some gluten in the form of some delicious, delicious chicken nuggets from Wendy's. They were the only things I was craving and that didn't make my stomach turn over at the sight, smell, or thought of them.
However, I am back on track this week. I've already gone to the gym twice and haven't had any gluten since Monday!

Proud of you! I haven't taken the elevators at all this semester, and I already feel stronger (considering some of my classes are on the 7th floor! LOL. Yay for exercising!!!
