I'm making three vegan candy cane cakes to have at Faith's open house tomorrow night. The first one came out beautifully!! I was nervous because when I made this recipe for the first time a couple weeks ago, it didn't come out of the pan cleanly. I'm so grateful this one didn't stick to the pan!
