75 pounds!!

Holy crap!  I've lost 75 pounds!!


I was not expecting that this morning when I stepped on the scale.  The past week the scale hasn't moved a whole lot.  I've lost more inches this week (due to walking and jogging more) than pounds, but that all changed today!  I broke the 250 pound mark.  I'm down to 248.8 - a total of 75.6 pounds!!
