Was then told that we could submit sick time if we had it and take the day off.
The pool guy that I called to come check out my dead pool pump showed up that afternoon and told me how much it was going to be to replace the motor (see previous post).
Tuesday: The systems were spotty all day and went down for an hour two different times.
Luckily, turns out he lives just around the corner from me and told me he trusted me to get the money for him the next day. I was surprised by this, but it also helped restore my faith a little in the world. I went to the ATM the next day and withdrew the cash and he came back over to pick it up and everything is now square with Dan. (P.S. if you ever need your windshield replaced here in Mesa let me know and I'll give you Dan's number. He's great!)
Wednesday-Friday: The systems at work STILL not working 100%. Every day at 10:30am down they went for an hour and then again around 2pm.
Thursday I also had to go back to the eye doctor for the one week check up on my new contact lenses. What was scheduled to be a 10 minute visit (seriously, I saw it on the calendar when Zach the technician guy scheduled it. It said 4:50-5:00pm) turned into an hour. AN HOUR!
All week: I've been stressing about my talk in church tomorrow.
Needless to say, I am really looking forward to having Monday off...
