feelings

I was sitting in the Relief Society room today and was overcome with feelings of gratitude and love.

I love the gospel. I love the scriptures. I love my Savior. I am so grateful to have all three of these things in my life. I am grateful I have a knowledge of the gospel, that I have the scriptures and that I'm able to read them whenever and wherever I want. I am grateful for the Savior--for his atoning sacrifice on my behalf. I am grateful I have the ability to repent when I slip up and make mistakes--that I have a loving Heavenly Father who provided a way for his children to be able to return to Him. I only hope I can prove myself worthy to be in His presence when I one day leave this world and stand before him at the Judgment Bar.
