I'm trying to broaden my food horizons. So, tonight I made some fish tacos.
I cooked a Gorton's tilapia fillet, added some additional spices (garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, and oregano), then warmed up two corn tortillas, cut up the fish and added some shredded cabbage, reduced fat shredded cheese, some salsa and low fat sour cream.
They were okay. The fish needed some additional flavor. Maybe salt? I'll give it a try next week since I have another fillet in the freezer.
