36 weeks

In 36 weeks I will be 30 years old.

*cue emotional breakdown*

I've decided to do a 36 weeks challenge. If I'm going to be old, I want to at least look good. Here's the plan:

No sugar
Walk 30 minutes a day at work during lunch
Follow food-combining eating plan (basically LOTS of vegetables)

The goal: lose 2-4 pounds per week.
